Our Seafood Expert shows how to select a perfect Lobster!

Nova Scotia essentials are served up by your seaside resort host

exclusively guiding you to Peggy’s Cove authentic fishing village and lighthouse! Get introduced to local seafood experts, and meet Oceanstone’s chef.

Select your perfect lobster for your gourmet feast by the ocean!

Get the inside scoop! From sea to table: Nova Scotia’s most famous food during this ultimate lobster feast at Oceanstone Seaside Resort. This experience kicks off with a trip to nearby Ryer’s Lobster Pound. There, Oceanstone Resort’s Executive Chef will be waiting to guide you in choosing the best lobster and introduce you to a local fisherman to answer any questions. Then head over to must-see Peggy’s Cove and get access to a private wharf for an exclusive vantage point of the village and beverages to enjoy.

Next, explore Canada’s favourite lighthouse for a more private viewing experience. Back at Oceanstone, tucked behind Rhubarb Restaurant you’ll find a warm fire and Nova Scotia oysters paired perfectly with a flight of local craft beer. Weave your way through the resort to the ocean’s edge where your personal Chef has set up a lobster feast with a lighthouse and sunset as the backdrop.  After indulging in a gourmet lobster dinner oceanside, walk along the beach as the sun sets, exploring the gorgeous coastline.

Experience Includes:

  • Gourmet delicacies: Nova Scotia lobster, oysters, wine, and spirits are showcased.
  • Connect with a local fisherman: Get the inside scoop on lobster fishing in Nova Scotia and how to choose the perfect lobster.
